Was a very big space friendly workers fast and rooms were clean . Got my "Have a great day" that all the workers say to you on the way out glad this place is close to me
Every bed has hair caked onto the stalls, dust and debris all over the vents and fans. Most beds have more than half the bulbs out. Just a big waste of time. The staff is ignorant and unhelpful. They hide in the office and act aggravated by your presence. Yep, I’ll definitely be switching back to the W. Seneca location. 100x better!

I've been coming here for over 10 years now and I'm thinking I might change locations. What is the deal with the one girl who works the morning shift??? Lousy attitude and acts like its a burden to do her job. I don't know her name seeing as how they don't wear name tags or anything but she needs to change her tone. Not only that but the rooms and booths are filthy! Hair all matted up in the fans and around the bulbs 🤢 floors don't even get mopped from the looks of it.
