I absolutely love Zoom Tan and come in all the time. I also always receive the promo texts, so I really enjoy being a regular customer. However, I’ve had repeated issues when trying to use after-hours access. Every time I go, there seems to be a problem with the door, and when I call support, I’m told I should be able to check availability ahead of time. I have been tanning (outside) since the age of 12, and indoor tanning since 18. I really, really like this model of tanning salons! Super clean, great standing booths, great bulbs, love that I can start when I am ready (if that means taking off jewelry and applying lotion, I don’t feel rushed!). The staff is super informative and nice. AND I have 24-hour access! Love it! When I first walked in, such a warm and professional vibe! Miss Lindsey helped me get all set up and she was so sweet! I had never UV tanned before and she was very patient with all my questions 🫶 Also, great to have spray tans available as well! All the rooms are very clean and private. Excited to start my tanning journey and get my tan back! 🥰
Front desk ladies are always welcoming and friendly. Red light therapy has been a game changer for my chronic pain.
