I’m a former customer of Key WestTan in Elmira Heights . Shout out to Angie, owner of Key West Tan for negotiating her customers tanning packages with Zoom Tan. They agreed to honor the packages purchased. In all honesty, I was a bit skeptical of Zoom Tan, however my experience with their Horseheads location has been nothing but positive. Rose and her staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. The location is well kept and clean. Happy tanning!
All of the staff are very friendly. Rose is awesome! Very helpful & knowledgeable regarding the products. This location is very clean with great customer service. I go there all the time.
Very clean tanning salon. Rose goes above and beyond to tell you if there are any deals, is very friendly and keeps the place clean. I’ve seen her lugging the boxes of wipes into the store that are delivered out front and also cleaning the windows out front because people put their fingerprints on them.
Loved the worker Rose she was amazing to us !
