this was my first time tanning, the lady at the desk was not helpful at all with instructions. I got no towel, nose plug etc. she told me “right way” to stand which ended up causing white armpits and when I asked for help with blending or fixing It she said there was nothing she can do and to blend It with my hand? I definitely won’t be returning here.

WINTER GARDEN location!!! I’ve spoken to customer service and was told they cannot give me the manager’s name. I was told to email about this experience to this address I have been a yearly pass holder for years now and I’ve never had a negative experience with any staff member. They’ve all been very wonderful and informative. I’ve even told management about how great certain people are. I very rude have never once complained. I purchased the buy one get one tan but was charged twice. I reached out to the customer service line and set in an email only to be told I wouldn't be reimbursed.

I love my tan! Megan was amazing, she helped me from the beginning to the end, I had a great experience.
