Horrible customer service, if you have a problem they yell at you in such a mean, horrible, unprofessional way to the point where I am baffled and so upset, hang up on you and block your number (I know this because I had to call a second time off of a different number and asked if they did that and the woman whispered yes trying not to let anyone hear) until they can make it long enough to go past your “billing date” so you cannot cancel.
