Jennifer and the team at Zoom Room have been wonderful to work with. Jennifer is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in both the dogs and their handlers. The training environment is positive, supportive, and well-structured, making learning enjoyable for everyone involved. I appreciate the encouragement, expertise, accommodation and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build a stronger relationship with their dog while developing valuable training skills.
Donna and all the staff at ZoomRoom have been extremely kind and patient. They are truly knowledgeable about training and handling dogs. I have also learned a lot in the 4 classes we’ve had so far which include obedience and agility. Donna and staff make the experience fun! My small breed 4 yr old dog LOVES it and has a crush on Donna!
This place is great! They offer many different classes, at many different days and times each week. You don't have to stick with a set schedule -- you can book whichever class you want at any time that it's offered (for instance, you can attend a 7pm obedience one day, and then a 1pm agility class a few days later, etc). That makes it easy for people with difficult or unpredictable schedules to get in. It also makes it easy to work on whatever skills you need, or to try out new things that you might not have tried otherwise!... read more
We love coming to Zoom Room! Maggie has so much fun every week, and it's been amazing to see how much she's learned in obedience and agility in such a short time. I've learned a lot too (shout out to Donna!). Great staff, clean facility, and always a fun experience.
Donna and Jennifer are amazing; they care a lot and are great at looking at each dog individually. I've been taking my two Australian Shepards; one a COVID pup and my other one a puppy. They love going and now expect it! When we go on a walk they are questioning why we not going in the car to Zoom Room
