Excellent trainer and the facility is very clean. My dog responded very well to the training. I learned a lot about how to interact with my dog.. This is a well organized dog training facility managed by professionals. Highly recommended.
I have a 5 month old miniature Schnauzer, Winston, and he's pretty headstrong. I was almost at my wits end when I found the zoom room. We've only had 2 classes, but it has already helped. Michelle is great. She takes the time to show me one on one exactly how to correct either Winston or myself. We still have a ways to go before he has perfect manners 😄, but with the zoom room, Michelle, and the rest of the staff, I can actually see a light at the end of the tunnel.
Had a great experience at our first class at Zoom Room. Michelle was great to work with, obviously knows what she's talking about, and patiently answered all of my questions.
Jennifer and the team at Zoom Room have been wonderful to work with. Jennifer is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in both the dogs and their handlers. The training environment is positive, supportive, and well-structured, making learning enjoyable for everyone involved. I appreciate the encouragement, expertise, accommodation and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build a stronger relationship with their dog while developing valuable training skills.
