We’ve been coming here since the grand opening almost two years ago and absolutely love it. The flexibility to attend classes whenever they fit our schedule is exactly what keeps us coming back. Matt and his Team at Zoom Room have been exceptional! My wife got a new puppy, Kali, for her birthday, and it was important to us to make sure we got training started ASAP. We checked out a few places, but overall, most were selling the same thing. Once and done obedience training. Zoom Room is different though. Their philosophy is "We don't train dogs. The owners are amazing and their staff are very knowledgeable. Very excited with the continued training of both my dogs.
We have been coming to the zoom room off Metcalf for a year and a half now. The facility is always clean and well maintained. The staff have always been wonderful, we particularly love working with Leanne and Jennifer for agility and tricks classes. I cannot recommend them enough. The dog I adopted four years ago is not the dog I have today in the best possible way; she used to be shy, skittish, had trouble with loud noises.
