So overjoyed with this place! These guys are so good with working with my dog and working with me! I have tried other trainers and never felt they had the connection with my dog like Zoom Room on Metcalf. I love how they explain what we're learning, why we are learning it, and how we're going to do it. There is an easy progression from skill to skill. Trainers and owner have been so encouraging and supportive with our new rescue. They are knowledgeable about why behaviors arise and positive methods to correct. Really helped us understand the psychology of dogs and wonderful about meeting them (and us!) where they are. So flexible listening to our needs and schedules, and genuinely care about making training fun and meaningful. Great team!

All of the staff and trainers at Zoom Room Metcalf location have been a blast to work with. We started bringing our baby Phoebe about a month ago and in just 4 classes, we have had significant improvement in behavior at home! The gym is always clean and welcoming. We are just as excited to go every week as Phoebe is.

We followed Jennifer here and found all the trainers and owner friendly and made everyone feel welcome. There are a variety of classes that are offered daily throughout the week (daytime and evening). It makes scheduling very flexible for busy lifestyles. I have two dogs with very different needs. Rocky is reactive and has past training with two other agencies.
