I have two dogs enrolled at Zoom Room Metcalf and all three of us love it! The variety of class types and flexible scheduling structure are wonderful for keeping my dogs engaged in a way that works with my work schedule. More than that, though, the trainers take the time to listen to you about your dog’s needs and make sure your class work addresses those needs. The zoom room staff has been so kind and supportive! Freddie absolutely loves going to class and the training sessions have been a huge help in managing his puppy behaviors.
Going to Zoom Room Metcalf is probably the best decision we have made so far for our new dog. Even just over a few weeks, he has become more confident and happier. We have learned so much and I am confident our guy will have a much better - and safer - life because he goes here. And it's fun for us, too!
Learn-as-you-go with no pressure for perfection. The class size is small and the instructor is very sweet and understanding of my puppy’s strong urge to socialize. She is firm in demonstrating techniques that will encourage my puppy to check with me first before rushing head-long into social interactions. I am seeing progress little by little!
I had an absolutely incredible experience with Leanne at Zoom Room. Even though I’m not local and wouldn’t be signing up for classes, she took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions with kindness, knowledge, and zero pressure. The facility is impressive, but what really stood out was Leanne herself—genuinely passionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly someone who truly cares about both dogs and their humans.
