I recommend the Zoom Room to anyone that has a dog. It can be a puppy or a rescue, they are all treated like the special pups they are. My Sparkle is a rescue with leash reactivity. These wonderful trainers have been so patient with Sparkle and myself. Amazingly patient and talented trainers, Sparkle highly recommends these humans!
Zoom Room Lake Norman has been such a wonderful experience! The classes are fun, interactive, and a great way for both dogs and their people to learn together. The trainers are patient, upbeat, and genuinely care about helping each dog succeed. They made me and my pups feel comfortable right away. My dogs have had the best time, and I’ve already recommended this location to several friends!
My pup and I went to the grand opening and had a great time meeting everyone and enjoying the enrichment activities. I just completed orientation and we're starting with a training evaluation towards getting her in agility and working on recall and maybe eventually therapy dog status! The space is clean and inviting. They pay attention to cleanliness and making sure that the dogs and their people are taken care of. Great trainers and you learn so much! So nice and love playgroups. Highly recommend them - Sierra conspiracy and I love them and can’t wait to take classes with my other two girls!!
My dog has thrived in the wonderful training environment and has learned so much from the many classes offered. I highly recommend it!
