My husband and I checked out Zoom Room to compare with training at Petsmart. This place does not care about their prospective customers. Made an appointment, arrived on time, just to not be acknowledged for like 10 minutes. Looked like only 1 person there doing basic commands with the dog they had. Told us to sit down and wait for her. Sat for another 15 mins and then walked out. No follow up call or anything. Waste of time!!!
Zoom Room South Tampa was absolutely incredible! Their facility is clean, inviting and has activities for all skill levels. The staff is genuinely nice and knowledgeable about various needs of different breeds and personalities. It was a pleasure working with Michelle and her staff! My baby loves zoom room! He's always excited to go and learn new things! We focus on Agility classes and he has learned so much during his time here! The staff are always so friendly and caring. They make sure to get to know your pet really well and cater to their needs. There are always so many fun events hosted by zoom room to socialize both your dog and yourself!
