Enrolling our Staffordshire Terrier/American Pitbull mix, Clyde, into Zoom Room Crestwood has been one of the best decisions we’ve made as pet parents. The flexibility of their class schedule, the built‑in socialization, and the focus on positive, reward‑based training have already made such a difference in Clyde’s confidence and behavior. What truly sets this location apart is their expertise with the Staffy/Pit breeds. The trainers are not just comfortable with strong, powerful dogs — they excel with them. Zoom Room Crestwood really impressed us. Their trainers have legitimate professional credentials, including CCPDT, IAABC, Fear Free and AKC certifications, and it's obvious they're serious about positive, structured dog training. What really separates them from typical obedience classes is the range of training available. You can progress from basic skills into CGC, tricks and enrichment, behavior work, and specialized paths for service and therapy dogs. We adopted our dog Brixley around a year ago, the day we brought her home she was terrified of the world. We have been legend clients for around 3 months at zoom room now and Brixley has a new outlook on the world! She now gets very excited when we pull into the parking lot. They train dogs and owners there so I've also learned a lot in this process as well. The staff are always very helpful and informational when I have training questions that don't always pertain to class that day. I can't recommend zoom room enough!

Training was not what was promised during the sales pitch. $2500 for 60 classes sounds ok until you are forced to use those classes for 30 minute private lessons at the redemption rate of three classes per private lesson. Realistically, I’ve paid for 20 private lessons, as the zoom room will not yet allow my dog into group classes. The evaluation is not performed until AFTER classes are purchased, so it was impossible to know that this would be the case. That means that I’m paying $125 for each 30 minutes of instruction. The... read more
