I am so happy I found the Zoom Room in Crestwood! I have adopted three dogs from SPEAK! Rescue and Sanctuary, and as you can imagine, they all have such unique personalities and quirks. Training three different dogs is a challenge, but the staff here has been incredible. Most importantly, one of my dogs is deaf and vision-impaired, and the trainers at Zoom Room have been so knowledgeable in helping me navigate these special needs while still making sure we’re all having fun. Do not sign up here. Trainers are good but I’ve been cut short on my 30 minute training window multiple times, time slots are tight and the whole thing feels rushed. Find another training facility, I promise you you’ll be better off

My initial experience at ZR was very positive. Jack did a great job explaining the program and we ended up purchasing a $2,000 package. My husband and I attended about four classes in total. Shortly afterward, we had the unexpected opportunity to purchase a home. While this was exciting, it unfortunately moved us much farther away from ZR, making it very difficult for us to continue attending.
