We frequent Plano and McKinney regularly, so during a paid evaluation at Zoom Room Plano, I specifically asked Karina whether passes purchased there could be used at both Plano and McKinney locations. I was assured this would not be an issue as both locations are owned by same owner. Based on that information and impressed by cleanliness of facility, I purchased a 10-pass package for my five-month-old puppy, intending to continue long term and attend either location as schedule allowed. We hosted a dog birthday party here in October and wanted to share feedback now for others planning future events. The space itself was good, a lot of room, and the goody bags we purchased there were great (good items for the value). However, we did expect much more involvement from the party hosts. We ended up handling everything ourselves (ex. I asked for balls to be put down and the girls at the front desk never brought them), which was disappointing given the price and the expectations.
