We frequent Plano and McKinney regularly, so during a paid evaluation at Zoom Room Plano, I specifically asked Karina whether passes purchased there could be used at both Plano and McKinney locations. I was assured this would not be an issue as both locations are owned by same owner. We hosted a dog birthday party here in October and wanted to share feedback now for others planning future events. The space itself was good, a lot of room, and the goody bags we purchased there were great (good items for the value). However, we did expect much more involvement from the party hosts. We ended up handling everything ourselves (ex. I asked for balls to be put down and the girls at the front desk never brought them), which was disappointing given the price and the expectations. The classes my dog Wilma and I have taken at the Plano Zoom Room have been great at enhancing our bond. We have taken Intermediate Agility and Scent Fundamental classes. Wilma gets so excited she knows we are going to Zoom Room. Everyone that we have worked with there are so knowledgeable and are so helpful offering suggestions on what we can practice at home. Wilma loves everyone there! I highly recommend the Plano Zoom Room.

Zoom Room Plano offers the best training for dogs with their expertise and the variety of classes which they offer in a pleasant environment. The staff is professional and they truly do love their jobs. They make it fun for the dog as well as the owner. You have the ability through their website to schedule the classes you want to attend. I have been working with Karina and Kennedy. Their enthusiasm is contagious!!!
