I filed a complaint against them with the State Attorney General's Office. They should not be in business treating people the way they treated us. Absolutely deplorable.

My pups and I always have a great time at Wake Forest Zoom Room. The facility is always clean and the equipment in good condition. The instructors and front desk staff are welcoming and work hard to answer training questions. I have taken their obedience, advanced obedience, calm down class, pup-lates, and agility fundamental classes and did an evaluation with my more "spicy" dogs.
