Unfortunately, they have shuttered due to non-payment of rent. My classes were cancelled and I was told I would be contacted when they regained entry to their business. That was 2 weeks ago. They have not answered calls or texts. Corporate also has shut down and does not answer listed numbers. So bummed...now trying through bank to have my 1200.00 package refunded. So sad

My evaluation was cancelled a little over an hour before the appointment. I was coming from Dayton so I had already washed the dog and passed on plans to go check this place out. I’m 20 minutes from my house when they canceled. I was already ON MY WAY THERE. I left a message telling them that and heard nothing back. My appointment was at 12:00 and they canceled at 10:43. I can't say enough good things about Tomball zoom room. From the moment we signed up from puppy preschool till now having moved into puppy +. We have learnt so much it seems like we have been there longer than 6 weeks because of how much we have learnt. We where a little lost when we arrived with how to train our puppy and now we have so much direction and support. We are amazed at all the skills our puppy has and is learning.

Booked an evaluation with Maddie on their website, but Maddie was not there upon arrival for evaluation. Once I was made aware that Maddie would not be there to conduct the evaluation, I said I would leave and wanted a refund. The man at the front desk said he would refund me, but never did.
