Very clean place. I just wish that the lady that was talking with us could was able to focus more on us, but I understand that she needed to help out in being shorthanded.And things of that nature, she did give us a lot of useful information.And I greatly appreciate that and she did make us feel comfortable enough. That we're gonna come back with our baby. And see what kind of training he needs and if we can afford it.
Lisa was very professional! The facility was awesome! Lisa took her time with Bonnie and got to know her Bonnie enjoyed her visit there at the Zoom Room!
I recently completed a six-week scent training class and had a great experience. My trainer, Jane, unfortunately no longer works there, but she was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She took the time to understand how my dog responded to training and helped me adjust my approach to fit my dog’s individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. Zoom Room is the BEST!!!! We were having trouble finding dogs to socialize our Boston Terrier puppy Beans with safely since she was so small. Zoom Room offers puppy playgroups where their wonderful and knowledgeable staff lead and supervise playtime which allows Beans to learn how to interact with other dogs and gives us the peace of mind of knowing that if any dogs aren't getting along the staff will step in.
