Carter at the Zoom Room does a fantastic job of explaining and demonstrating how to teach your puppy basic learning techniques to build on later. He is patient and friendly with the puppy and the puppy parents. He allows his voice to carry at a calm medium volume so everyone can hear him at it doesn’t startle or distract the puppies during their learning session.
I really live the attention given to my Maltese. Teddy was taught so much in just one session. Emily is great with him.
The entire staff is amazing. They are great with my very timid Colter. They take time and work with him. The changes have been awesome but we still have a way to go. I know with Colter being a puppy mill rescue it wil take time
Great experience for our dogs, they love the Zoom Room
Really know and love dogs. Can bring out the best in my stubborn beagle.
