We have took our Mindi here for over a month and the trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our girl. The whole staff have been great and our Mindi loves going every week . Very satisfied with Zoom Room and recommend them for your pet training
My pup and I had a less than ideal experience here. I wish I had spent my money on a more 1:1 trainer. The classes are okay, good for basics, but we had different trainers sometimes and they would teach almost opposite on some skills. During playtime at the end, my boy would often get kicked out early because he was bigger than the other puppies, despite never showing signs of aggression. The trainers at Zoom Room are not only skilled but very supportive. Our puppy is shy but focused. The trainers have been excellent and very knowledgeable in guiding us in how to help train our 5 month old rescue puppy. The homework requested helps us to stay on track until the next class. I would highly recommend zoom room.
