Very happy with what I and Chloe experienced
Maverick is four weeks into his training journey with Zoom Room Winter Park, and he is already a very appreciably different dog! We have learned a lot of skills that have helped significantly to improve his basic obedience & patience. Before, he was a rather difficult dog to walk, given his natural instinct to pull. Extremely disappointed. I purchased a training package specifically because the Longwood location was convenient and offered the classes I wanted. Shortly after signing up, it appears those classes are being removed and the closest option is now Winter Park. Had I known this before purchasing, I likely would not have signed up. Customers should have been informed of such a major change before being sold packages.
I really wanted to love this place. I purchased the 5-class package (which came with a bonus class), and the trainers themselves were kind, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with. Before signing up, I saw a review mentioning their cancellation policy and honestly thought, “What are the chances I’d ever run into that problem?” Unfortunately, I did.
