We have had such a positive experience at Zoom Room in Overland Park. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, organized, and genuinely seems to understand dogs. My timid puppy wasn’t quite sure how to behave with the other puppies, and the staff taught us how to help her fit in and play appropriately. I especially appreciate that they don’t just work with the dogs—they help teach the owners, too!
