My Mini Schnauzer Ivory absolutely loves going to Zoom Room for the weekly small breed playgroup. She has been coming to classes and the playgroups for almost two years now. The staff is absolutely wonderful and Wendy and Laura are both fantastic trainers. Scheduling training at Zoom Room is also simple and it's nice to be able to choose between multiple different classes. The cadaver bar has a nice selection of treats and Ivory has tried almost every treat in the shop! Looking forward to doing more training here.
The staff here is absolutely amazing. They take the time to get to know you and your dog. They remember the goals you have for your dog, and your dog’s personality and make suggestions tailored to you. I have worked with many trainers, and cannot recommend them enough!
We’ve loved our experience at Zoom Room with our new puppy! I highly recommend the puppy preschool class as a fantastic way to provide early socialization with both new people and other puppies when your puppy is too young to take to public places. Our puppy has learned so much and has had so much fun at Zoom Room. We look forward to class every week!
Great place! All three of mine have enjoyed being there. Staff is knowledgeable, patient (I have a sassy girl), and kind.
We have been attending classes at Zoom Room McKinney for just over two years and I would give more than 5 stars if that were an option. The variety of classes surpasses any training center I've ever attended, the facility is always clean, with high quality treats, toys and gear available for purchase. The staff is always friendly and trainers are very knowledgeable. Wendy has worked with us in private sessions to help Bella remain calm while traveling and it worked like a charm!
