A total scam! We made an appointment for a $55 "evaluation." They didn't do anything to evaluate our dog; it's just a really aggressive sales pitch. I can't believe they wanted us to buy a $1500-$2500 package without even seeing a session. The sales person didn't know anything about dogs and only offered a much more limited $550 package after she "checked with her manager." The sessions might be great but we will never know - we aren't about to pay anything at all for a complete unknown. It was a waste of $55.
So far we've been very happy with Zoom Room. My dog is very excitable, so we started in the "calm down" class, but they quickly allowed us to move to basic obedience with some extra support. Looking forward to continuing to learn!
We are LOVING our experience at Zoom Room! After only 3 classes we notice a difference in Gigi’s manners. We’re finding everything we need to build on the foundation we started at home. BONUS=lights out for Gigi after class! Lol
I can’t say enough great things about Zoom Room Sandy Springs! The trainers are fantastic, and the entire team creates such a caring, patient, and positive environment. We came to Zoomroom for training our two dogs. Our 2 year old dog was very leash reactive after being attacked while on leash. Our 6 month old dog needed puppy training. After our evaluation with our two year old dog, the lead trainer and owner assured us that their calm down class would help.
