I highly recommend Zoom Room on 66th Street No. in St. Pete. Alexis, Tiffany, Layla and Gaby have been doing an EXCELLENT job with our 2-year-old rescued super mutt Ciara. Our sweet pup has some anxiety but we have worked through it swiftly having fun at the same time. Alexis' instructions and helpful suggestions are always clear and easy to follow. We've learned so much from her. This is a great team for your dog! We just love being there.
We used the Zoom Room located in Tampa and although the trainers and gym were good, overall the company left a bad impression with us. We purchased a Top Dog membership and were unable to complete our training visits because the business closed unexpectedly. There were no refunds. There was a location in St Petersburg, if you wanted to move your remaining visits there, you were given about 30 days to use them. This was definitely not a convenient option. Dottie and I love Zoom Room St. Pete! The facility is very clean, and the trainers are patient and very friendly. My puppy and I are learning so much.
We have seen so much progress with our puppy since bringing him to Zoom Room. The trainers are great and help give positive feedback to make the training process so enjoyable for us and our puppy!
