While the team at Zoom Ulverstone acted professionally in person, I’m afraid their contact and communication could use some work. I called recently to book an inspection of a rental property- I was told there was no time available, and I’d receive a call soon when a time had been organised. I never received such a call. I called back a week later for an update, and was told that there was an inspection that afternoon. I had been forgotten, and if I hadn’t chased them about it, I would have missed out.
