Unprofessional, irresponsible and not keeping promises. Waste my whole weekend. Plumber supposed to show 10:30am on Saturday morning appointment time. Not show up without call. I call back, and they told me that plumber will call and visit next morning. Same thing, no one called. So i call back and lady who received call told me that plumber won’t be available till next Tuesday. Unbelievable!!!!
Needed help with main water shutoff and depressurizing valves for washer. Called Zurn - they had two techs come out. Michal diagnosed issue in no time at all. Fixed problem and were out in a jiff. Matt pointed out additional maintenance that needed some attention. Will definitely use Zurn again. Great experience. AH
