I purchased a Mazda 3 from this dealership for my son, thinking we got a decent deal. Instead of a discount, they included a set of winter tires and waived the doc fees, which seemed fair at the time. We were given an appointment to see a specific car, and we arrived on time, only to be told that the car had been sold just 30 minutes earlier. No one informed us, and they didn’t bother to wait or give us a heads-up, even though we were on the way based on the confirmed appointment. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of the customer’s time. Poor communication and disappointing experience overall.
I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership, whether as a customer or an employee. My friend worked here and was never paid for their time and effort, which is completely unacceptable. A company that refuses to compensate its employees fairly raises serious concerns about its ethics and business practices. If they treat their staff this poorly, I can only imagine how they treat their customers. Stay away and take your business elsewhere to a more reputable and trustworthy dealership.
