My daughter’s car broke down far from home, and we were really stuck. I found Zoom Mechanical and was reassured by all the great reviews and they absolutely lived up to them. Tony went above and beyond, personally helping retrieve the car and bringing it back to his workshop. He followed up quickly, explained the issue clearly, and gave honest advice along with a very reasonable quote. His wife Danielle was also incredibly lovely to deal with. Our first experience with this mechanic was amazing. We have been searching for a couple of years for a reliable, regular mechanic so we were really glad to have found them. Daniella was incredibly lovely, patient, and easy to deal with over the phone when booking our two cars, she made the whole process smooth from the start.
