Arrived before 6 PM and was refused service because they were closing early. If you close before your posted time, update your hours — it’s misleading and disrespectful to customers. I’ve been a loyal client for years, but after today’s experience, I won’t be returning. I’ll take my business where it’s appreciated.

I had an amazing experience at the microblading studio! Hugo did an incredible job on my eyebrows. He was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. The results are stunning; my brows look so natural and beautifully defined. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! I highly recommend Hugo for anyone looking to enhance their eyebrows.

Terrible … un lugar súper irresponsable en sus citas y horarios . La chica que se suponía me atendería jamás llegó y tampoco se dignaron en contestarme a tiempo para darme una explicación de mi espera . Cuando lo hicieron cambiaron el pretexto de porque no llegaba muchas veces . Estuve ahí por más de una hora y nunca me atendieron . Las demás que estaban ahí solo reían y no fueron del todo amables .
