Did not not own up to their mistake. I strongly recommend "threading place" in Falls Church. Owner of Zoom did not make it right. It shouldn't take more than 1 minute to do the obvious-right thing. This place has horrible business practices. Money hungry-over a satisfied customer. You've been warned -beware!!

Is it common to have scratch like cuts on your skin after getting service?There are 2 people who thread. 1 is the owner not friendly and who pressed the thread so hard on my skin leaving marks on my upper lip. It's looks bad and hurt that same day but didn't appear until a day later. I'll wait for the other girl (never can remember her name). She's welcoming, efficient but not rushed and doesn't leave marks on my face. What a huge difference between the two
