Great service. Quick and easy and they understand what you ask for. We’ve been going here to thread our thick eyebrows for over a year and no complaints.
Did not not own up to their mistake. I strongly recommend "threading place" in Falls Church. Owner of Zoom did not make it right. It shouldn't take more than 1 minute to do the obvious-right thing. This place has horrible business practices. Money hungry-over a satisfied customer. You've been warned -beware!!
Rosi is awesome, and her customer service is excellent.
It was a very nice experience. Rosie is wonderful and very nice It was my first time but will be my place to go moving forward
