I had a fantastic experience with this air conditioner repair team in Fairport! Two men came out and were extremely polite, respectful, and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently, not only fixing my air conditioner but also helping with some plumbing work under my sink—which was a huge bonus! Had an ac put in today. Great people and did an amazing job! Great with me and good with the dogs.. very trustworthy. Only problem is that I went with another company a few months ago for a furnace. I'm sure if I would of went with zoom it would have been a way better price. The others people felt like sales people. These guys said.. " we're not sales people, we're mechanics" I also didn't know that if you get a warranty through another company that any company can service you for it! That's awesome information. I have used Matt for probably 100+ jobs over the past few years for my rentals, and I can honestly say that he is one of the most reliable contractors I have EVER worked with in my 15+ years managing properties. He is always extremely responsive, and follows through in a very timely manner. His pricing is fair and his work is excellent. I cannot recommend Zoom enough!
