Raindrop washed our 4 Runner and only the front was pre-washed. The vehicle came out mostly wet and after it dried, it was obvious that the back and lower sides were never touched. This has happened with our other vehicle also but haven't left a review before now. I will be looking for other options.
Went to get a single wash and the employee Brad let us know about the monthly subscription for the same price before we paid for single wash. Great wash great vaccums, and most definately great customer service! Thanks Brad!
The attendants are great; courteous and attentive. Thus, the four stars. Having stated that, if the dryer banks at the new Raindrop in Leeds (opening in December?) aren't any better, we will definitely cancel our two memberships and go elsewhere. If we don't manually dry our vehicles every time, they have water spots, every time.
