Person called me showed when he said. We talked about my issue. He scoped the drains and gave me feedback. I was able to watch the cscppe as it was happening. He explained the different type of drain pipes that were in my system and how they react and maybe fail. He marked the suspected section that showed a change in elevation. Very personable and easy to work with.

Doug was amazing. Great customer service and honesty on if the job would be successful or not. Would definitely contact them again if need be.

Doug is your guy! He's one of the nicest and most efficient plumbers I've ever met. After three others couldn't help us, Doug fixed our sewer issue in under 30 seconds! Zoom Drain is amazing!

Ryan, the technician that came to my house was very helpful, addressed all of my questions/concerns and did a great job. I would give him 5 stars. Actually , everyone I dealt with at this company was great. The reason my overall rating is 3 stars is due to the price. It was very expensive for about 75 minutes of work.
