The service went well and I got good advice on an issue from the technician. He was 2 hours late but I understand things happen with plumbing service so he probably ran into issues with the job prior to mine.
We had a backup in one apartment and a leak in the unit below. The plumbers snaked the toilet, but the backup returned, and the toilet was not properly reset, which was the cause of the leak downstairs. They told us the issue was with our pipes being too brittle, and also that the leak had been ongoing in several units, which was not the case. Gauge and Nate were very professional and knowledgeable! They were able to jet our basement floor drain and multiple downspouts quickly and effectively. The cost was explained well up front and both were very friendly to work with. Highly recommend Zoom for plumbing services!!!
