Doug did an excellent job. He was on time, figured out the problem, explained it clearly to me and fixed the issue. This was an emergency call on a Sunday, and I was impressed with Zoom Drain that a person picked up the phone rather than having to leave a message for a call back.
We were very impressed with Zoom Drain. I was able to make a same day appointment. Doug showed up on time and was able to unclog the sewer line. He even double checked to see if there were any breaks. Thankfully no breaks. Will definitely use them in the future if needed.
Mr. Humphrey was amazing, he was quick, thorough and informative. He was professional, responsive to my questions and took care of my sink with expertise precision. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!
Ryan from Zoom Drain, was amazing! He was on time, professional & was transparent and upfront about the costs. Luckily for us, he was quickly able to fix our clog and cleaned up well after himself when he was done! Allison, the lady that called me back to set the appointment, was also extremely helpful and friendly! Overall, I highly recommend using Ryan/Zoom Drain for any of your plumbing needs.
