Donell was a GREAT guy and very professional!!! he did a amazing job and we were very pleased.
Doug was an impressively knowledgeable , friendly , and honest professional. I have used dozens of plumbing companies the last 20 years; I’d recommend him to anyone. I will post their company information in my neighborhood group. Everyone is always looking for a reliable/ reasonable plumber!
Doug was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the service visit. He clearly explained the issue with my clogged sink and walked me through the necessary steps to resolve it in a detailed and easy-to-understand manner. His friendly demeanor and strong communication made the experience very positive. I would gladly request Doug again for any future service needs.
The tech was nice and communicative. Office was kind and polite when scheduling. However, they broke the knob on my water well. They turned my water off to do the work. . .no problem. They finished the work and they broke the knob when they tried to turn the water back on. They had to call a technician from another company to fix it, which cost me an additional $450. Doug was amazing! He not only fixed the problem he was super nice and my son love watching him. Doug showed him the tools and what they did. He had a blast. My dog also claimed him as her bestie. She does not shy away from deterring people she thinks are not friendly but Doug had her wanting belly rubs and followed him around begging for more pets by the time he left. He completely passed the vibe check and did an amazing job!
