Our technician Richard is amazing. He gave fantastic customer service and it was really beneficial that he could come out the same day. He communicated to us our issue and even showed us how to avoid it next time.
The response was exceptional and the equipment used was state of the art. I was told there would be a $100 charge even if the problem was with the city, although it was not. The hydro flush corrected the clog within minutes but for less than 30 total minutes I was charged $425 which I consider extreme, especially since the Technician never had to enter the house.The technician was great and courteous. A more reasonable price would have gotten them 5 stars!
This is the most honest company I have ever dealt with. Richard is a blessing and gave me successful plumbing instructions when he could have easily come out and charged me an arm as well as both of my legs. I am very grateful for his honesty.
While my draining issue was more complex than originally thought. They worked with us to keep the the cost down.
Professional, thorough and has great modern equipment and James was great to work with. Kept work area neat and clean. Very responsive and great communication before and during work. Had a difficult blockage that was resolved. Highly recommend
