I was very pleased Jason came out to service me on Sunday after I contacted the company late Saturday afternoon. He arrived at the agreed time and observed my leaking water pipe. He was informative and suggested the actions that needed to be taken to resolve the issue. He restored the water until the problem can be fixed rather than a temporary repair. Jason was very friendly.
Yep they come out all friendly, as all sales people do. THEIR GO TO MOVE IS, NOT TO CHECK THINGS OUT PROPERLY BUT RECOMMEND REPLACING EVERYTHING!!
