Under the circumstances Dylan and Jacob responded pretty fast to my call for help they came and quickly gave me several options to fix my plumbing issues. Absolutely love my zoom guys. They come lightning fast very little wait time for them to show up they do excellent work and they are so friendly with tons of expertise. Would never even slightly considered calling anyone else. Very fair pricing.
Have a really old, messed up plumbing system that ANDREW was able to get right! Not only did he explain everything perfectly he was very reasonable and patient. Even with old cast iron pipes he was able to replace what needed to be fixed and get everything running smoothly! 10/10 on customer service as well! And as many times as I called asking about various things, thank you to the receptionist who is also very knowledgeable and patient as well!!! (Before and after photos)
Zoom Drain addressed our issue and returned a few days later at our request to complete the job when we discovered more work needed to be done to make the finished job acceptable.
