The first technician Jason was on my property for only a few minutes while I wasn’t home.The follow-up visit with Ethan raised concerns due to inflated quotes I felt were tied to a prior company and prior experiences (Ethan consulted with the first technician). Despite paying $95, the issue was not resolved leaving me frustrated after paying the service fee and not feeling like I could trust the service.
