UPDATE MARCH 2025: If I could give zero stars I would. We were really hopeful when ZoomDrain came and did work for us in October 2024. Except 2 months later we found out that the work actually didn’t fix any of the problems. They did come out several times and try to help us when we had consistent backups but we needed a quote to actually fix the problem and they completely ghosted us, we spent weeks trying to get a quote from them and being promised they would make it right since the work they originally did not solve the i... read more
