We were very impressed with the front-line team who responded in the cold KC winter to replace the main sewer line. Since then, we’ve been unable to get Zoom Drain KC to come back on site to finalize the work i.e. leveling out the yard and getting all the visible piping/caps cleaned up. I have called for weeks, literally weeks, only to get a response that the GM will swing by and/or call me back to discuss.
