Lack of communication. We called to get an estimate for our drains on Friday and had an appointment scheduled following Tuesday between 10 am - 12pm. No one showed. I gave an hour grace period before calling the office to see what was going on. I was told let me call you back and see what is going on with our tech. No call back, the. Had an issue pop up on Saturday evening, and was able to schedule Zoom for a Sunday morning service call. Jake showed up at the promised time, was very courteous, and helped me confirm my initial diagnosis of the problem. Jake was awesome! Giving 4 only because we weren’t able to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the service I required (grinder pump replacement) was outside of the scope of the services Zoom could handle. Would call again if I had a smaller/simpler problem I couldn’t fix on my own.
Prompt, friendly, extremely knowledgeable. Examined my concern and let me know that I likely didn't have a problem. About as perfect a customer experience as you could ask for. Thank you!
