Anthony did a great job and was really prompt! He actually responded within an hour after my “emergency call” and had completed the clean out within two hours of notification !
Zoom Drains was super prompt on coming out to my property with a drain issue. George the technician was great at communicating when he was on his way and once he arrived he called and walked me through what he was seeing the issue was. They got it fixed quickly! Update: had Zoom Drains come out again and the technician Anthony was also super good to work with. Called and explained what he was seeing over the phone and sent me photos of what he was seeing. Definitely recommend using them.
Zoom Drain was fantastic. They arrived within the scheduled time and cleared our floor drain efficiently. They were creative in problem solving a difficult to remove drain cover. The technician was also fun to talk to, very complimentary, and even assisted me in a related task I was blocked on. Anthony is the GOAT!
