My son needed an x-ray of his ankle, so we took the order from his provider to Zoom. We were in and out in less than fifteen minutes. Great experience.
Make sure your image disc they give you are not blank and or have all images needed. I have had this happen before as well as other offices stating this happens often with Zoom actually twice today alone..we had abnormal images picked them up and drove to sherman just for the specialist to not be able to address the issues or us be able to know what or which images were abnormal..very disappointed not mention someone in pain having to run multiple trips and pay more copays for more appointments..Do better for your patients a... read more
My daughter needs a t-spine and l-spine MRI. She has had both done at the same time with the same insurance. When I was called to schedule her MRI’s, I was informed it would need to be done on different days. I asked why and the answer I was given was “insurance”. I explained that it was difficult for her to do two separate days because she’s a senior in high school and currently has a very busy schedule and not only that but we live about 45 minutes away, but that didn’t seem to matter. On the FAQs it says x-ray walk ins are welcome however, when arriving they stated that’s not entirely true as you are required to have orders from a physician. I feel as the website in that aspect is misleading. If I know I need an xray, why pay for a doctors visit just to send me back here. I also see how the “owner” responds to these reviews, taking very little accountability or acknowledgment and really just blames the reviewer so I don’t hope to see any good from this. But just.
