Grateful and disappointed at the same time. The scheduling the office staff Awesome. The biggest disappointment is that when you’re hurting and you’re wanting to find out what’s wrong with you but it’s been over two weeks and the radiologist hasn’t even looked at my chart. I’ve already had my follow up appointment with my doctor and they’re not understanding why I haven’t got it yet. I hope nobody dies do too the incompetence of the radiologist
ZOOM DIAGNOSTICS IN ARDMORE OKLA…. The most courteous staff I have interacted with!!! Very knowledgeable, concerned and considerate!!! The BEST CARE in a VERY TIMELY MANNER!!! EXCELLENT as well as COURTEOUS BILLING MANAGEMENT!!! I am VERY GRATEFUL to know when necessary (often) , I know my appointment will be a VERY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE!!! This establishment is unprofessional. I waited 3 hours past my scheduled appointment time for my MRI. They overcharged me and have I have still not received a refund.
