Zoom is the best imaging facility in Enid for Service, quality and price. Bobbi helped resolve my insurance issue repriced my bill and saved me several hundred dollars, she was relentless, best customer service! The 2 Lady’s who ran my CT scan got the iv in on the first try and I’m a historically impossible patient to hit a vein. They were professional, informative and really new there stuff. No place better than Zoom Diagnostics!
Wast of time. Waited over an hour for just a chest X-ray. Do not go their unless you have lots of time
Ray Tipton 7/2-I had an MRI done ,unaware my MD had requested that I receive a copy of the disc. Upon finding it out,I called to have one sent to my MDs office. They initially said I had to pick it up personally.. Im a longhaul trucker and a longway away. They agreed to send it. A call from the MDs office go t no results.Another call from me,they assured it would be sent the next day. Its now 7/26 and still No disc.
