AVOID! No care and no responsibility! Been there a couple of times. The last time they filled the roof with water and damaged the sunroof controller. This is a new car, under warranty. Took the car to the mechanic to check door and sunroof seals immediately after - all good. Sunroof drain holes clear. Owner, Kamal, not interested in fixing or discussing the damage - all my fault basically for giving them the car. I’ve been coming here regularly, and every time they impress me. The team is fast, friendly, and detail-oriented. My car always comes out spotless inside and out.
Went to get my car washed today it was around 4pm I asked her the girl behind the register is your coffee machine still on she replied in a rude way did not care very bad customer service.
Outstanding customer service ! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after and kept informed throughout the process. Super friendly, attentive and genuinely cared about delivering a great experience. Highly impressed and will definitely return!
