My truck has been in and out of the shop since I purchased it. I’ve had it for a year and have had nothing but problems, on top of putting more money into it because the warranty covers nothing. I contacted the owner and nothing was done. I was sold a lemon, and that is very unfortunate. I will never do business with this company again.
Tow guy was great, very responsive and got to the car quickly and communicated effectively and I really appreciated it. Customer service and quality was 5 stars, price was 1 star though, hence the 3 star review. Quoted me $325 on the phone and I thought that was a high but I was happy to get it done so fast. Then I got an invoice for $450, for a tow of .8mi. That was POINT 8 miles, less than 1 mile.
