Really hate to be the first to give a negative comment about Zook's but it's been eating at me since I got my bill in the mail and seen I was charged $1030.00 for an hour of labor to replace a pump that cost $300.00. I understand that he can charge what he wants for the pump ($570) but I was home the day the install took place and it only took an hour so in my book that's a pretty good rate. I still feel bad writing this but I guess I got what I deserve being lazy and not doing it myself.
