If you’re a designer. Zoo printings deadlines and turnarounds are not accurate and should not be relied upon. There’s always issues with their products.

I'm very disappointed. I called and chatted with someone about the files before receiving the emails, yet no one mentioned that the files were not okay. I specifically asked if it was better to leave them as is, and I was told yes because the files had a large bleed area, meaning they should have been fine even if printed as is. Ordered cards 8 days ago. In california they sent them to print un Utah and still can't give me a date on delivery. All prices continue going up .Can anyone recommend better comercial printer. Lotta problems lately.
