I've been a print broker for 35 years and Zoo is my go-to printer. Great wholesale trade prices and 3-4 day turn! Always perfect as long as I upload my designs correctly. And if I don't, I always catch it in the proof. I used another printer for 20 years and Zoo price matched them with faster turnaround and the best customer service! ABSOLUTE WORST PRINTER! They have the most horrible customers service. They are always late shipping my projects and when you call to inquire they never have answers… I’ve been trying for 3 days to speak to a supervisor about my late project and never get anywhere!! Don’t use them if you like yo actually receive the print material you paid for … or you might get it but it will always be late! HORRIBLE!!
I don't think this is the company you are looking for. Ive used them in the past with mixed results. Basically they play games with the proofing times and the times they say they will complete the job. Bottom line, not as timely as they want you to believe. Search elsewhere. Proceed with caution. There are better options.
this company is awful. They owe me money back from cancelled jobs and have not paid me back. I would not trust them at all zero
Me encanta Zooprinting ..desde que inicie con ellos estoy muy satisfecha y los e recomendado..no e encontrado otra igual .. gracias por ayudarme a trabajar con mis clientes..son increíbles ...solventan mis necesidades ..el tiempo es lo justo y cualquier cancelación me la hacen sin ningún problema..además en mi idioma ..los recomiendo al 200%
