Me encanta Zooprinting ..desde que inicie con ellos estoy muy satisfecha y los e recomendado..no e encontrado otra igual .. gracias por ayudarme a trabajar con mis clientes..son increíbles ...solventan mis necesidades ..el tiempo es lo justo y cualquier cancelación me la hacen sin ningún problema..además en mi idioma ..los recomiendo al 200%

If you’re a designer. Zoo printings deadlines and turnarounds are not accurate and should not be relied upon. There’s always issues with their products.

I'm very disappointed. I called and chatted with someone about the files before receiving the emails, yet no one mentioned that the files were not okay. I specifically asked if it was better to leave them as is, and I was told yes because the files had a large bleed area, meaning they should have been fine even if printed as is. Now, I won’t be receiving the files in time for Friday. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of communication and attention to detail from some of your representatives.
