Absolutely phenomenal facility. The staff and owners pour their hearts into making this gym a welcoming space for everyone. Great class selection, free weights and machines. Super clean and everyone is very friendly!

I love this gym! I am a very timid person but- the owners and trainers and all employees are very welcoming! Have been coming to this gym for almost 2 months and it has helped me engage with others:) I’ve had the privilege to be trained by Jackie and what an amazing and intense training session! Btw ONE free training session every month when you are a MEMBER :) ( love this!) I am a cardio girl and hopefully one day I do more. Also - a big shout out to my sis in law for recommending such an amazing gym :)

I’ve been coming here for five months now and it has been nothing but the absolute best gym that I’ve trained in. The trainers as well as the members are very friendly and helpful and the equipment in this facility is maintained with great care and with great standards. Overall this gym is one of the best gyms I’ve had the privilege to work out in.

I’ve always felt too intimidated to join a gym; I don’t know what I’m doing, I’m NOT a physically fit person. BUT a friend gifted me a membership and it was incredible. Most importantly, it’s CLEAN (doesn’t smell like a locker room OR cleaning chemicals), ages range from young adults to seniors, EVERYONE is nice, staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are VERY reasonable. I’ve been at all times of the day and it’s never so crowded that I’ve had to wait for equipment. Safe & easy to find parking. 10 Stars

This gym is okay. Their leg extension machine has had a broken piece since October 2024. I wish they would fix it.
