After waiting 40 minutes to even go back and then another 15 for the doctor. She came in and ran the toothbrush across my son's teeth 3 times and was rude. On top of all of that they charged us 190 dollars. TO BRUSH MY SONS TEETH... We will not return.
My kids have used this office for a few years. The dentists and hygeintists are nice. They are mostly understanding with children with anxiety about visiting the dentist. My issue with their office is about their billing practices and lack of communication. My children were seen for routine dental care and then followed up with some minor dental work. We love this office! I love how smoothly the office runs. My kids (one of mine is autistic and this is a huge deal) feel much more relaxed throughout the entire visit. The front desk ladies make scheduling appointments so easy and the communication throughout the office is great! So glad we moved from our previous location!
