My kids have used this office for a few years. The dentists and hygeintists are nice. They are mostly understanding with children with anxiety about visiting the dentist. My issue with their office is about their billing practices and lack of communication. My children were seen for routine dental care and then followed up with some minor dental work. We love this office! I love how smoothly the office runs. My kids (one of mine is autistic and this is a huge deal) feel much more relaxed throughout the entire visit. The front desk ladies make scheduling appointments so easy and the communication throughout the office is great! So glad we moved from our previous location!
Jackie is a great addition to the Zoo Crew team. She makes the kids and parents comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and easily explains things so that everyone understands.
I've been taking my boys here for years now we love this office! Jackie Jackson is so good at her job wouldn't go anywhere else!! Thank you!!
