My Husband bought a very expensive bike from Zoo City. At first the bike seemed great, then he began to have problems, especially with the rims. He thought he had the problem fixed several times only to have the rim break again and again. Zoo City claimed to fix the problem, but upon further reflection we realize they simply kept offering expensive upgrades to a problem that couldn't be fixed.
