Outstanding service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’m very impressed with Erick and his honesty and integrity. Very nice people. I showed up with a leaking battery that was smoking and splashing acid all over my hood. I had already stopped at Napa to buy replacement and do it myself but I didn't have the tools or gloves with me. Zoo Automotive stopped what they were doing to help me out (and not even charge! ). I had 2 kids in the car, and the 2 other closest garages to them didn't even consider helping at all. Yes, replacing a battery takes seconds, but to stop what you are doing to help out , takes a good person.
