Rick Zoni's the best. I brought my bike (Harley) in with confusing insurance issues and a busted up gear shift and foot pedal. He handled it all with very little input from me, which is always appreciated and the insurance was cleared up. Great work on the bike, great businessman, solid person. Thanks, Rick
1. They didn't seem happy to see me, even though I had called the day before. 2. Motorcycle tire installation: They didn't balance the tire. I gave them a specific pressure of 36psi, when I tested they had overinflated to 40. When they put back the rear wheel it was out of alignment. 3. New chain installation: They rushed, didn't measure properly. They overpressed the plates so the new master link is now stiff and has to be redone from scratch. I highly HIGHLY doubt they used any grease on the master link plates and x ring... read more
